O - Rings
O-Rings are manufactured from over 15 different Polymers which include Nitrile (NBR), Fluorocarbon (Viton®), Silicon (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Polyurethane, PTFE, Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (H-NBR), Carboxylated Nitrile Rubber(X-NBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Poly Chloroprene Rubber (Neoprene®) O-Rings.
Silicon (VMQ) O - Rings
Silicon Rubber is inhert, odorless and hence is ideal for medical and food applications. It also has excellent heat resistance coupled with superb insulations and dielectric properties making it an ideal choice for insulation applications
Silicon (VMQ) Silicon has best Cold flexibility, Excellent heat resistance, Good Insulating properties, Good Ozone & Weathering resistance, as well being neutral in its properties

Chemical Resistance : Ozone, Aging, Weathering, Animal & Vegetable oil, Grease, Moderate Resistance to Mineral Oil.
Viton (FKM) O - Rings
Viton (Fluorocarbon) O – Rings possess excellent physical and mechanical properties. It exhibits resistance to wide range of Chemicals, Oils, Natural Gas and hence is an idle match for oil field applications
Fluorocarbon FKM - VITON
Fluorocarbon (FKM – Viton) has excellent resistance to High Temperature, Ozone, Oxygen, Mineral Oils, Aliphatic and Aromatic Hydrocarbons and many chemicals.

Nitrile (nbr) Perbunan o - rings
Nitrile O- Rings exhibit excellent compression set resistance, tear resistance & abrasion resistance. Due to their inherent low costs, they are widely used in hydraulic, nuematic cylinders & valves.
Nitrile Rubber (NBR) is the general term of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber. Acrylonitrile content various from 18 to 50%. Higher the Acrylonitrile content, better the resistance to fuel and oil and at the same time affecting elasticity and compression set.

Chemical Resistance: Propane, Butane, Petroleum, Mineral Oil, Grease, Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oils, HFA, HFB, HFC Fuilds, Dilute Acids, Alkali, Salt Solutions and Water.
Carboxylated Nitrile (XNBR)
Carboxylated Nitrile has proven tear and abrasion resistance compared to NBR. It is often used for dynamic applications.

Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR)
HNBR compounds exhibits improved heat resistance to the general NBR Compounds. They also possess superior mechanical properties particularly high strength Temperature : -40ºC to 150ºC

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) o - rings
EPDM O – Rings resists ozone, weathering, oxidants, hotwater and steam. Hence EPDM O - Rings are ideal for outdoor applications. EPDM O - Rings are also used an large scale in water filterations and food applications.
EPDM is a Co-polymer of Ethylene and Propylene and is mostly used in Brake systems having Glycol based Fluids.

Chemical Resistance: Hot Water and Steam, Glycol based brake fluids, Organic and Inorganic Acids, Phosphate Ester Based Fluids, Soda, Potassium, Silicon Oil and Grease, Ozone, Aging and Weather resistant.
polyurethane (AU) o - rings
Polyurethane O – Rings are the best abrasion and extrusion resistant O – Rings of all the elastomers. Polyurethane O – Rings generally provide upto10 times the life of a normal nitrile O – Rings.
This O- Rings best recommended for dynamic applications in sprayguns, hydraulic cylinders, paint ball guns, and high other abrasion and high other applications.
Polyurethane (AU)
Polyurethane have the highest Wear resistance, Tensile strength and Elasticity, They have high volume applications in seals for hydraulic cylinders.

Chemical Resistance: Ozone, Aging, Mineral Oil, Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, Water (upto 50 Degrees C)

Fluorosilicone O – Rings exhibit excellent resistance to dilute acids, alkalis, animal and vegetable Oils, Ozone, Oxidation, Weather, Water, High temperature and most importantly are inflammable.
Fluorosilicone (FVMQ)
Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) offers improved fuel and oil resistance in comparison to regular Silicon (VMQ), Mechanical and Physical properties being the same.

(FFKM) O - Rings

Hypalon (CSM) O - Rings
Hypalon O – Rings have excellent resistance to dilute acids, alchohols, Ozone, oxidation, weather and sunlight. Hypalon O – Rings are generally suited for static applications has their compression set resistance being low, it is a deterring factor for dynamic applications.
Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM – HYPALON)
Chlorine in Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene imparts resistance to Flame and Mineral Oils and also improves Cold Flexibility.

Chemical Resistance: Oxidising Media, Water, Aging, Grease, Many Acids.
