O - Rings
O-Rings are manufactured from over 15 different Polymers which include Nitrile (NBR), Fluorocarbon (Viton®), Silicon (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Polyurethane, PTFE, Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (H-NBR), Carboxylated Nitrile Rubber(X-NBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Perfluoro Elastomer (FFKM), Poly Chloroprene Rubber (Neoprene®) O-Rings.
Rubber Moulded Components
A compression mould is simple two plates with cavities cut into either one or both plates. Additional plates between the top and bottom plates can be included to create cavities in the moulded part.
Rubber to Metal Bonded Parts
Rubber-to-metal bonded parts are used for high pressure applications. Rubber is typically bonded to an insert chemically or mechanically. Inserts can be supplied by either Perfect Seals or a customer. Rubber-to-metal bonded seals are used in a variety of applications, including automotive braking systems, fuel-dispensing equipment, and oil field application tools.

Most of our rubber shets are sold by the square meter and volume discounts apply to rubber purchased in rolls. Different durometers are available.
